Senior Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer
Ms. Luttyck is the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of CGS Asset Management. She brings over 20 years of financial, accounting and regulatory experience in the oil and gas sector to her role at CGS, where she also serves as a Corporate Director.
Ms. Luttyck has 10 years of investment fund experience, and has played a key role in the management of CGS since its inception. Formerly, Ms. Luttyck acted as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Justinian Exploration from 1997 to 1999. Prior to this, she worked for Morrison Petroleums as a Business and Marketing Representative, Alberta and Southern Gas Company and various other energy companies in Calgary. Ms. Luttyck holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary and is a Certified General Accountant.
