Overview
AGS Energy Fund III, L.P. is currently managed by CGS Asset Management Ltd., and is closed to new investors. In late 2007, AGS Energy Fund III focused on investments in significantly undervalued private and public junior oil and gas companies. The fund aimed to capitalized on the excess fear in the capital markets at that time and deep value opportunities provided by the macro environment.
