Overview
AGS Energy Fund, L.P. is currently managed by CGS Asset Management Ltd., and is closed to new investors. To date all funds have been invested in 20 Calgary-based companies, 19 of which are junior oil and gas companies, and one of which is an oil and gas service company. Most of them are private, and AGS Energy is closely involved with them through representation on several Boards of Directors.
