CGS Resource Fund Ltd. is a mutual fund with an investment objective to achieve long-term capital growth by investing primarily in equity securities of Canadian oil and gas exploration and development companies. The fund was formed principally to provide a tax-free rollover option for investors in AGS Energy Limited Partnerships who chose not to redeem their flow-through fund limited partnership units at the time of flow-through fund rollover.
